Hygiene Precautions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or requests for different styles or sizes. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.
Damages and Wrong Item: If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@random-nails.com.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unused and include all application kit components.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition. Please note that we do not accept returned items without prior approval.
